6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
SELION offers customers a 30-calendar-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@selion.net. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
