1. 30-Day Returns Policy
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- Returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation
We do not charge any restocking fees.

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
A. Change of Mind (within 30 calendar days of delivery)
• Return requests must be sent within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• The initial delivery cost is non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after verification of the returned product.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method.

B. Wrong Product Delivered
• The customer is encouraged to report the issue within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
• A "wrong product" refers to a different model, type, or color than the one ordered.
• Minor differences caused by lighting, photography, or normal production variations are not considered a wrong product.
• Return costs are borne entirely by SELION.
• After receipt and inspection of the returned product, either a full refund or a replacement will be issued.
• Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after verification.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method.

C. Product Damaged in Transit
• Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product, preferably within 7 calendar days, to facilitate investigation with the carrier. This operational recommendation does not limit the consumer's legal rights.
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be requested.
• Return costs are borne entirely by SELION.
• After receipt and inspection of the returned product, either a replacement or a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after completing the verification.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method.

D. Defective Product 
• The customer must send clear photos or videos showing the defect.
• Return costs are borne entirely by SELION.
• SELION will proceed to repair or replace the product within 15 calendar days of confirming the defect. If repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days and are made via the original payment method.

E. Undelivered Product 
• Claims can be submitted 7–10 calendar days after the estimated delivery period has expired, as stated in our Delivery Policy.
• If the product is confirmed as lost by the carrier, the customer may opt for:
  - Reshipment of the order
  - Full refund
• Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of case resolution.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method.

F. Order Cancellation
• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing begins immediately.
• If you no longer want the item after delivery, return it under the Change of Mind terms above.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, email support@selion.net with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the request
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service unless otherwise instructed by us.

4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, or a delivery issue is resolved, refunds are processed within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless store credit is requested by the customer.
Store credit may be issued as a gift card, account credit, or discount code for use on our website.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Products sealed for hygiene or safety reasons once opened
- Gift cards
Any non-returnable item will be clearly identified on the product page where applicable.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
