At SELION, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and transparently. This policy explains the delivery areas, estimated timescales, shipping costs, order tracking, and how any delivery issues are handled.

1. Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within Canada.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 15:00 (GMT+2 in winter / GMT+3 in summer) are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link.

3. Shipping Costs
We offer free tracked shipping on all Canadian orders.
There is no minimum order value required.
All prices displayed on our website include handling and delivery costs. No additional shipping, packaging, processing, customs, duty, or import fees will be charged after checkout.

4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times for Canadian orders are as follows:
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping (transit) time: 13–18 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 14–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or regional factors.

5. Carrier Services
Canadian deliveries are handled by Canada Post, UniUni, or an equivalent trusted local courier.
All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order at any time using the “Track Your Order” page in the footer of our website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

7. Delays and Delivery Issues
We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, high-demand periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If you experience any delivery issues or delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team so we can assist.

8. Missing or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at:
