These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website https://selion.net/, as well as the purchase of products sold through it by SELION COMMERCE S.R.L.
By accessing the website, placing an order, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Definitions
"Website" – the online platform available at https://selion.net/
"Consumer" – a natural person acting outside their commercial, industrial, or professional activity, within the meaning of O.U.G. 34/2014 and Law 193/2000.
"Customer" / "User" – any natural or legal person who accesses the website or places an order, including consumers.
"Products" – the goods sold through the website.
"Distance Contract" – a contract concluded between the merchant and the customer without their simultaneous physical presence, in accordance with O.U.G. 34/2014.
3. Eligibility and use of the website
By using the website, you confirm that:
• you are at least 18 years old or are using the website with the consent of a legal representative;
• you provide true, correct, and complete information;
• you do not use the website for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Prohibited:
• unauthorized access to the website's systems;

• use of the website in a manner that may affect its operation.
We reserve the right to restrict access for users who violate these Terms.
4. Products and availability
We make every effort to display accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, images, and prices.
However:
• slight differences in color or appearance may occur depending on the device used;
• product availability depends on stock and may change without prior notice;
• we reserve the right to modify or withdraw products from the offer at any time.
5. Prices and payments
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in RON (Romanian lei) and include VAT, where applicable under current legislation.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We currently do not offer cash-on-delivery. All orders must be paid online (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
Any additional costs, including delivery charges, will be clearly displayed before completing the order.
No hidden charges will be applied after order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods are displayed on the website at the time of placing the order.
The customer is obliged to provide correct and complete billing and payment information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders solely in situations such as:
• suspected fraud;
• unauthorized transactions;
• obvious technical or pricing errors;
• violation of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Orders and conclusion of contract
Placing an order on the website represents a purchase offer from the customer.
The contract is considered concluded only after SELION's express confirmation of the order, sent by email to the address provided by the customer.
The technical steps for concluding the contract are as follows:
1. Selecting products and adding them to the cart.
2. Entering delivery and billing details.
3. Choosing the payment method and completing the order.
4. Receiving the order confirmation email from SELION — this marks the moment of contract conclusion.
Contract language: Romanian.
Your contract (confirmed order) is stored in our systems and is accessible to you through your customer account or upon request at support@selion.net. We recommend saving or printing the order confirmation and these Terms for future reference.
If you entered incorrect data during the order, please contact us immediately at support@selion.net for correction, before the order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities ordered or to refuse orders in justified cases.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
7. Delivery
Information on delivery, timescales, and costs is available in the Delivery Policy displayed on the website.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary depending on the courier company, location, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without stating a reason.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by any unequivocal declaration sent to support@selion.net or by completing the model withdrawal form.
The consumer has the right to open and inspect the product to the same extent as they would in a physical store. If the product has been handled more than necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, SELION may deduct from the refunded amount a value proportional to the reduction in value identified.

9. Warranties and complaints
Products sold by SELION carry a legal guarantee of conformity of 24 months from the date of delivery, under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021 on certain aspects of consumer goods sales contracts.
If a product is defective or non-conforming, the customer must contact us at: support@selion.net
Depending on the situation and in accordance with applicable legislation, available remedies include:
• repair of the product, within 15 calendar days;
• replacement of the product, if repair is not possible;
• price reduction or full refund, if repair and replacement are not possible.

These provisions do not limit or exclude the consumer's legal rights provided by applicable legislation.
10. User obligations
The user undertakes:
• to provide true and complete information;
• to use authorized payment methods;
• not to engage in fraudulent activities;
• not to affect the security or operation of the website;
• to comply with applicable legislation.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, graphic elements, design, and promotional materials, is the property of SELION or its partners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property legislation.
Copying, distributing, or using the content without prior written consent is prohibited.
12. Limitation of liability
This clause does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability to consumers for non-compliance with mandatory legal rights, the guarantee of conformity, and any other non-derogable protections provided by applicable Romanian and European legislation.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information displayed on the website, but technical or display errors may occur.
To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for:
• indirect losses or consequential damages;
• loss of profit;
• business interruption;
• damages resulting from improper use of products or the website.
Our liability is limited solely within the limits permitted by applicable legislation.
13. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
• natural disasters;
• war;
• pandemics;
• strikes;
• telecommunications service interruptions;
• government measures;
• logistical or transport issues.
In the event of a force majeure event, we will notify you as soon as possible and communicate the available options, including the right to cancel the order with a full refund if delivery cannot be carried out.
14. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law. The choice of Romanian law cannot deprive consumers of the protections of the mandatory provisions of the law applicable in their country of habitual residence, in accordance with European rules on conflict of laws (Rome I Regulation).
Consumers habitually resident in an EU member state benefit from the rights and protection offered by the mandatory provisions of their country of residence. European jurisdiction rules (Brussels I bis Regulation) may allow consumers to bring actions before the courts of their country of domicile.
Any disagreement or dispute between the parties shall be resolved, as a priority, amicably, by sending a written request to support@selion.net.
If amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully valid and applicable.
16. Modification of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any modification will be published on the website and communicated to users at least 15 days before the effective date, through prominent display on the website or by email, where possible.
Modifications do not apply to orders already confirmed at the date the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the website after the expiry of the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
17. Privacy Policy
The processing of personal data collected through the website is governed by the Privacy Policy, available on the website. By using the website and placing orders, you confirm that you have taken note of the Privacy Policy.
