At SELION, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and transparently. This policy explains the delivery areas, estimated timescales, shipping costs, order tracking, and how any delivery issues are handled.

1. Delivery areas
This delivery policy applies to orders shipped within Romania.

2. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 17:00 EET / EEST are typically processed on the same business day or the next business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Order processing and dispatch takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the AWB number and parcel tracking link.

3. Delivery costs
We offer free tracked delivery for all orders shipped within Romania.
There is no minimum order value.
All prices displayed on our website include handling and delivery costs. No additional shipping, packaging, or processing fees will be added at checkout.
Note on return costs: initial delivery is free, but the cost of shipping products back is borne by the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products. Full details in the Return Policy.

4. Delivery time
Estimated delivery times for orders within Romania are as follows:
•    Processing time: 1–3 business days
•    Transit time: 13–18 business days
•    Total estimated delivery time: 14–21 business days (approximately 20–30 calendar days)
The total estimated delivery time includes both the processing period and the transit period.
Some products are shipped from external logistics centers, which is why transit time may be longer than that of standard domestic shipments.
Delivery timescales are indicative and may vary depending on courier activity, international logistics formalities, busy periods, or other external factors. All timescales are expressed in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

5. Courier services
Deliveries are made via Fan Courier or an equivalent domestic courier (e.g.: Cargus, DPD, Sameday).
All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

6. Order tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) by email.
Your order can be tracked at any time through the "Track Order" page on our website: https://selion.net/
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.

7. Delays, delivery issues, and external circumstances
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure delivery under the best conditions. However, delays may occur due to courier activity, weather conditions, busy periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please check the accuracy of your delivery address before completing your order. We do not accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
In exceptional circumstances where order availability or processing issues arise, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible.
If you experience delivery issues or the estimated timescale has been exceeded, please contact us immediately at support@selion.net.

8. Lost or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 7–10 calendar days after the expiry of the estimated delivery period, please contact us at:

If the courier confirms the parcel as lost, you may opt for:
•    reshipment of the product, or
•    full refund of the amount paid, via the same payment method used at the time of order.
